Queen Elizabeth National Park is Uganda’s most popular savanna reserve. The variety of habitats include grassland savanna, forests, wetlands and lakes. This makes for a wide range of large mammals and primates.

Arrival to Entebbe airport, meet and greet with your driver guide and transfer to a hotel in Entebbe. You will later be briefed about your 4 days safari to Queen Elizabeth national park by a representative from Zzike tropical safaris together with your driver guide. Enjoy a dinner and overnight at
Victoria Royal Beach Hotel.
Meal plan is half board
Wake up early enough for breakfast as we shall depart Entebbe early at 6:00am to be able to beat the traffic as we proceed westwards to Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will make a few stops at the Equator to take some photographs as you experiment both the northern and southern hemispheres at the same time. After this experience head to Mbarara at Igongo cultural centre & hotel for lunch. from there you will continue to Queen Elizabeth National Park as you marvel at the breath taking scenery, tea plantations, the open grasslands, long horned –Ankole Cattle, the woodlands and the Rift Valley Escarpment. Check in to your accommodation and then head out to be in time for the boat cruise on the famous Kazinga Channel to look out for the hippos, great herds of buffalos, and lots of water birds which will last for 2 hrs and return by 5:00pm embark on the evening game drive which will bring you back to the lodge.

In the early morning we do a game drive in Kasenyi area, within Queen Elizabeth NP, on a look out for the lions, buffalos, elephants, and large numbers of Uganda Kobs and other antelopes. After we will go back to the lodge for breakfast, and relax until lunch time. In the afternoon we will go for a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel (approx. 2 hours), to look out for the hippos, great herds of buffaloes, and lots of water birds. Return to the lodge in time for the sunset, watching the game as we drive back to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Start the day with an early cup tea/coffee before embarking on a game drive along the Queen’s Mile plus the Kasenyi trail. On this trail you will see elephants, water bucks, lions, buffaloes, Uganda Kobs plus warthogs in addition to several birds. Return for breakfast at the hostel and head back to Entebbe with lunch enroute arriving in the evening. This marks the end of our safari.
